• Our Power Wrappers feature a three section, 8’ base.
• 4,000 RPM high-speed wrapping/sanding/turning high-speed motor.
• Separate 11 RPM finish/dry motor on all Power Wrappers.

Glue:

• Pacific Bays' RodSmith Glue is made of an advanced formula and is ideal for any performance rod.
• Available in sizes 2oz., 4oz., 8oz., 32oz. and 1 gallon.
• Dries Clear, Gap Filling, No Shrinking, Resilient and Waterproof.

         RodSmith Glue Application Specifications:
         Mixing Ratio: 1:1 Part A & B
         Mixing Time: 2 minutes
         Working Time: 60 minutes
         Curing Time: 4 to 6 hours for waterproof bond
         Environment Temperature: as low as 35 degrees F
         Environment Humidity: can be applied to damp surfaces
         Shelf Life: Indefinite if stored in air tight containers

Finish:

• The RodSmith Finish is made of an advanced formula for a durable long lasting finish.

Rodsmith Nylon Thread

• NYLON- 6/6 high tenacity continuous filament yarns have great strength, very little stetch with luster and bright color in sizes A & C.
• The thread is manufactured for superior light resistance. These dyes are the same type used by the auto industry for interiors.
• Now available in 3,000 YD spools.
• Custom colors are available upon special request.

Rodsmith Stay True™ Thread

• The Stay True thread requires no color preservative and is available in sizes A & C. Rod finish may be applied without any special preparation therefore saving time. Stay True has the same long-wearing features as Nylon while resisting the damaging effects of powerful epoxies and varnishes.
• Now available in 3,000 YD spools.
• Custom colors are available upon special request.
